If an item is shipped defective or damaged you must contact The Diamond Showcase within 5 business days after receipt of your order. Our customer service team will issue a return authorization number with instructions on how to return your item. The Diamond showcase Ltd will repair or replace any defective / damaged items at our discretion. You the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, insurance and providing us with the tracking number.
